After playing FIFA for years it was fun to play NES World Cup Soccer, which was the first soccer video game that I ever played as a young kid. It makes me miss the old days of pick up and play two button video games.

Occasionally I would see this game at a local game store and although it was complete in box with manual, I couldn't think of any reason why I would want a soccer game for NES. Had I looked at the back of the box I would have immediately recognized the characters, and scooped it up without a second thought. Nintendo World Cup is one of the games in the Kunio Kun series. Other more familiar titles include River City Ransom, Super Dodge Ball, and Crash 'n The Boys. Although the fun factor of Nintendo World Cup is not quite on par with River City Ransom and Super Dodge Ball, it is still a very fun game to play. If you already own some of the other Kunio Kun games, this is a rather inexpensive addition to complete your collection.
This game works great, is in excellent condition and reminds me of the countless hours that spent playing it when I 5 or 6! This game is also packaged with Super Spike V'Ball sometimes but I like it on the cartridge by it's self. Graphics are well before their time and I love how you can just tackle, tackle, tackle!!! Easy enough for my daughter to start playing and have quality Dad/Daughter time!!!
This game was one of my absolute favorites growing up, can't wait to play it again, buying an NES again pretty much for this game. I love the colors, the funny googly-eyed looks on the players' faces when slide tackled, the crazy super shots, being able to play on ice in 2 player mode, pretty legendary game in my world.
El juego es muy bueno, adelantado para su tiempo.. Entretenido para compartir con los amigos y pasar un rato ameno recordando los inicios de los juegos electrónicos.. De los mejores juegos para NES
